Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Get2gether we aim to keep bookings flexible and fair for attendees and event partners.

Cancellation Window

Bookings cancelled at least 72 hours before start time qualify for full refund unless marked non-refundable on the event page.

Late Cancellation

Cancellations made between 24-72 hours before start time may receive partial credit for a future event.

No-show Policy

No-shows and cancellations made less than 24 hours before event start are generally non-refundable.

Event Changes by Organizer

If we postpone or cancel an event, attendees may choose a full refund or transfer to a new date.

Refund Processing

Approved M-Pesa refunds are processed in 1-3 business days. Bank refunds may take 3-5 business days.

Ticket Transfers

If you cannot attend, you may transfer your ticket to another person up to 24 hours before event start.
